{Adrift Lunch Set Menu - Coffee/Tea}

A pleasant end to an enjoyable 3 course meal at @adriftbydavidmyers . Recommended for those enjoying a staycation at @marinabaysands and wanna have a laze and chill afternoon in the area over good food.

Not a fan of coffee but I thoroughly enjoyed this coffee stout ice cream! The ice cream was smooth and malty with strong coffee aroma. The coffee stout ice cream was sandwiched between 2 pieces of chewy caramel cookies. If you enjoy lotus biscoff biscuits, you will like these cookies as they taste pretty similar! However, the coffee stout ice cream was pretty overpowering as it covered the taste of the caramel cookies when eaten together.

I personally enjoyed this dessert a lot albeit it was pretty tough to eat it elegantly.

This dense, rich and creamy chocolate cake contains gin strawberry and chocolate mousse. Each mouthful was chocolatey and bursting with chocolate flavor. Love the colorful presentation!

Was told that they ran out of snapper, hence they replaced it with barramudi. Nonetheless, the barramudi was very fresh. The addition of clams elevated the freshness and sweetness of the dish. Also, I enjoyed the whey sauce as it’s refreshing and of suitable thickness.

Overall, the barramudi pairs really well with the soy pickled tomato, clams and whey sauce.

My favourite starter! The potato base was smooth, creamy, flavorful and of suitable thickness! There were tinge of cabbage and minute pieces of eel in it. Love it!

Couldn’t really tell it’s duck as it tastes similar to normal sausage😅. I like the incorporation of celeriac and horseradish which adds a crunch to the dish.
