Quite good. But you can't go wrong with this. That's not really a sauce btw. It's a rather bland yuzu kosho egg salad.
Aka pot stickers, or at least tried to be. The base was just a flappy layer of skin. The gyozas themselves were also not crispy, just typical gyoza.
I finally tried this unique ramen after three years. The signature yuzu is in the broth, so regardless of shoyu or shio, you better like yuzu. Take note you'll be eating chicken broth here. The noodles were closer to soba, which meant less bite. I like their chashu because they grill it first so it's smoky. Comes with endive, a rare sight in ramen.
Come down to AFURI Ramen + Dumpling and try their yuzu shio/shoyu ramen which has a lovely yuzu fragrance. https://hungryghost.sg/afuri-ramen-vivocity/
