Kway Chup
.
The queue at Ah Kwang Kuey Chup located in tampines is evident of its popularity. Unfortunately, due to the stall owners’ age, their last day of business is 23 June. After about 30mins of queuing, we finally got our order. The braised big intestines was my absolute favourite, so tender and so tasty with no hint of the porky odour. All the other ingredients had been braised to perfection and was not too salty. The kway was also silky smooth. I’ll miss this when they are gone for good.

You can always find the best hawker food in the heartlands. Love this hot and hearty bowl of kway chap, accompanied with tender pig intestines and my favourite braised egg and taupok

Waking up early for Ah Kwang Kway Chap at Blk 823A Tampines St 81! Pipping hot bowl of smooth, silky Kway and flavourful braised pork intestines! One of my Favourite Kway Chap! Yumms! @phusionade #kwaychap #ahkwang #ahkwangkwaychap #Tampines

Located at Blk 823A, Tampines Street 81 Food Park, Singapore 521823. Hidden Gem in the East! It’s very easy to spot this Ah Kwang Kway Chap Stall as it constantly have a snaking Q.. We joined the Q and waited for about 45mins before it reach our turn. We always believe, good food are worth the wait! Ordered 2 pax portion of Braised Beancurd, Pig Skin, Pork Belly, Big Intestine and Big Intestine Head with 2 bowls of Kway for $12! The Kway is very soft and smooth, with seasoned braised sauce in the broth. They really cleans the Intestine well and allow them to soak in the Braised sauce! Braised sauce is light and not too thick nor too salty, so flavourful! This really satisfy our Kway Chap cravings! #hungryunicornsg #kwaychap #ahkwang #ahkwangkwaychap #tampines

Long queue for this kway chap in a busy Tampines neighbourhood! Smooth sheets of rice noodles is my perfect way to start a public holiday, made even better with the tender intestines that were beautifully braised. Sadly, uncle and auntie are going to retire soon and their last day of operations will be on 23 June, so all you Tampines residents know what to do!
