Mee sua looks good with the 2 scallops and 2 slices of abalone. Really thin and soft type of noodles. I ordered with no chilli/vinegar, so they changed it to black sauce for the noodle sauce.

This set also came with a bowl of soup with tender pork slices, liver, meat ball and some vege. Love the tasty soup; with lots minced meat, and wasn't too salty.

Mee sua [a.k.a. thin wheat flour noodles] symbolizes happiness and longevity which makes it a popular dish during CNY period.
Checking out this chain outlet that serves bak chor mee [a.k.a. pork noodle]. Their signature dry version comes with a bowl of noodles and soup served separately. The mee sua mixed in black vinegar & tomato sauce with crunchy anchovies and pork lard is simple and delicious; pairing with the cloudy-flavourful soup filled with minced meat, sliced meat, meat ball and liver.
