I did not ask but I am pretty sure they make their own chili sauce for their dry prawn noodle.

The delicious chili sauce is on point and comes with lots of whole dried shrimps. Together with the lard and shallot, the sauce gives an explosion of spicy umami deliciousness to the prawn noodle, which is served with huge prawns that are peeled and halved and generously-sized tender pork ribs.

My fellow intern and I ate this for lunch on a rainy and cooling day. It was a bowl of comfort with its flavourful soup chockful of the taste from prawn heads (yummmm) and succulent fresh prawns. Generous with prawn servings, I was very satisfied and pleased.

I am partial to pig's spare parts and crispy pork lard, so this stall makes me do cartwheels of delight with their exotic, so-bad-yet-so-good options to add to my prawn noodles. The soup here is super slurp-worthy but I go through phases where I simply must have the dry version with its tasty chilli. Thankfully, it comes with a small bowl of the soup.

Deciding between the soup and the dry versions is always tough. On one hand, I really like the soup here - intense and rich, it's a culmination of pork, pork bones and prawns boiled over several hours. So of course, having noodles soaked in this porky and prawn broth is amazing. However, the way they do their dry version is also very tasty - noodles cooked just right with a savoury chilli. Add their pork ribs too if you like a bit of meat in your bowl.
