The other evening, we tried various traditional and niche Italian products as part of the "True Italian Taste" project - a large-scale worldwide educational initiative promoted and funded by the Italian Ministry of Economic Development and implemented by Assocamerestero.
.
These included parma ham from @HubersButchery, cheeses from @GranaPadano, sun-dried tomatoes and olives, wine from @EWineAsia and @Enoteca_Singapore, premium soft drinks from @Jupiter.57 etc. Swipe ⬅️ to view more pictures.

Beef Carpaccio [$29], Selection of Cold Cuts [$28], Lobster Tagliolini [$36], Mushroom Risotto [$26], Oven Roasted Suckling Pig [$45], Grilled USA Beef Prime Grade [$60]

Every dish was so good, especially Grilled Beef & Suckling Pig! 😋😋

As usual, every good meal must have dessert! Dark Chocolate Mille-Feuille with Raspberries [$16] really really delicious~

Wine selection recommend by the manager. San Leonardo Terre Di San Leonardo 2013 [$92], La Braccesca Vino Nobile di Montepilciano 2013 [$88]. Not the usual red wine I will order but it goes pretty well with the food~

Worth every cents you spent here.

If you love pasta, you have to try this. Sardinian Chef Luca makes amazing pasta, in this instance, ravioli, that is super-silky yet firm to the bite. The veal ragout is just bursting with flavour – it's meaty, it's robust, and just simply scrumptious; the shaved truffle echoes the fragrance of that in the filling. I believe I'll be hard-pressed to find a better agnolotti than this in Singapore.

Veal ossobuco on smooth polenta with stracchino cheese and black truffle. Fall off the bone cross-cut veal shanks. A typical winter dish, a bit heavy but so perfect with a glass (or two!) italian red wine. The bone marrow was a tasty attribute to the whole taste. Recommended!

Home made fresh tagliolini with Maine lobster, Sicilian tomatoes and fresh oregano. Delicious! Fresh pasta is always good, i just wish the lobster chunks were bigger!

A selection of Italian prosciutto, Parma, San Daniele, Culatello and Carpegna, served with baby buffalo mozzarella and green giant olives "Belle di Cerignola"
Sinful and yet the prosciutto are so flavourful!
