Stall #01-46
Albert Market & Food Centre
Ren Fried Kway Teow Mee could be one stall that easily missed out among all of the stalls at Albert Market.
But this stall has been here for many years and waiting time could be longer, as the chef usually frying every plate individually.
You won’t find any pork lards on your plate, but it still taste savoury sweet and wet. When seeing the chef frying it, you could find the chef adding lots of sweet soy sauce.
Generous ingredients for the bigger portion, which comes with hum and fish cake slices.
