The dark-colored sauce is sambal which has a Malaysia touch to it but just weird with fish&chips haha.
Loved how the Salted Caramel White Cheesecake was presented, though it was a tad too sweet for our liking.
I think I might have over ordered. When they said 1 skewer, I didn't expect it to be this large.
