I had never tried pasta from Italy but this IS the tastiest I had in. The Chef was a handyman by heart as he made the pasta tool himself to achieve the best texture. Live display of the making process. The texture was just right as it was not too hard like the rest. Light sweetness from the flour contrast with the savory sauce. Every seasoning was just on the point. #beyondwords. .
