The folks behind Amber Chinese Muslim aim to spread the love for Northern Chinese dishes, especially their hand-pulled noodles. Spot them in 1 Utama Shopping Centre or Nexus Bangsar South for an affordable and belly-filling meal! The star of the show is the Special Hand-Pulled Noodles with Beef (RM19.90) loaded with chewy hand-pulled noodles and served in gorgeous porcelain bowl. Bonus: The bowl comes with three cold side dishes that includes steamed chicken, more beef and spicy shredded potatoes! Alternatively, non-spicy food lovers will find joy in the Tomato Beef Noodles (RM12.90) for its tangy and flavourful broth.

A signature here is this beef noodle served in a gigantic and beautiful bowl that’s loaded with the chewy hand-pulled noodles (honestly the best thing here). The soup is flavourful and spicy from the chilli oil (like hot pot!). We opted for the set which comes with three delicious cold side dishes – especially enjoyed the cold steamed chicken and beef chunks.

Am a big fan of beef noodles and was happy to discover this spot in One Utama. I especially enjoyed the noodles – thick and chewy with every bite and holds up against the thick tomato soup nicely. Super tender beef chunks too!

Ordered this as a set (a la carte available too)
A equally-as-delicious non spicy option. The set came with perfectly spiced chicken skewers, (again) cold dumplings, boiled eggs and slaw. I enjoyed everything they could offer.
Not to mention this was all halal so you can bring your Muslim friends along for a feast!

This came in a humongous bowl and side dishes. Well worth the money if you ask me.
May seem harmless, but for people who can’t take spicy food, stay away from this item on the menu. It was spicy and peppery, but very delicious. Hand-pulled noodles were of the right texture.
Side dishes include cold chicken, beef cubes and potato/cabbage slaw. All served cold, but very appetising!

I would say the meals in Amber are not just tasty but very affordable and has value for your moneyπŸ€‘ Just for RM18 i got my self a huge bowl of beef noodles, 3 side dishes and a chicken kebab. And the portions are big enough to be shared by 2 people, of course only if your not greedy πŸ‘πŸ‘πŸ˜πŸ˜‹πŸ’
