You may find it confusing when there’s 2 stalls here that sell the same things. Well, there’s some story behind this reason but I’m not going to explain it here.

Both also attracted queues, but I found most older people would still queueing for this stall; as compared to the another stall with younger people.

Amigo is famous for their noodles dishes, such as this chicken chop hor fun.

Comes with generous of braised gravy that covered the hor fun, then topped with pieces of chicken chop.

I actually enjoy much of the hor fun with tender chicken chop. An interesting combination for a wonderful meal.

One dish that is unique to Changi Village is probably Chicken Cutlet Hor Fun, and this is one of the stalls that serve it. At just $4, you do get a decent plate of silky smooth rice noodles that are soaked in a braised gravy that is really slurp worthy! The chicken cutlet slices are not really crispy, but they are still tender and flavourful. Definitely something I will get again!

Slurrrrppppping my Ipoh hor fun by the mouthfuls because it's way too delish. Amigo is located within the famous Changi Village food centre and draws quite a line. Almost every item on its menu board is recommended by some TV program/ radio show, which is pretty impressive. Unlike most Ipoh hor fun out there, this one has a really thick and flavourful gravy (as seen from the colour of the base). It's hor fun noodles were a little overcooked, I would have preferred the noodles to be a little more QQ. I guess the star here is really the chicken chop. The tender chicken meat was encrusted in a crispy batter, locking in all the 'juices'. Now you know, a happy tummy can come at $3.50/plate.

Generous portion and good ingredients.
Bak Chor Mee is a very simple dish. As long the ingredient isn't too bad and the noodle isn't overcooked, this Mee won't tasted too bad.
