Very simple but springy noodle texture, accompanied by few slices of char siew on the top. The chilli paste has its kick on the taste.
Small portion will get you 1 steam wanton and 1 fried wanton.
Prata used to be good, but after it changed hands the quality has taken a dip. Prata was doughy.
