Half a dozen of deep fried chicken wing, juicy wing serve with the punching siracha, addictive.

Bored of the usual sweet desserts? Try Lolita’s Revenge (RM20) — its experimental combination of flavours is unconventional, to say the least. To eat this, first poke through the molten lava cake on top to let the lemon scented white chocolate centre flow onto the Thai herb-infused panna cotta, spicy ‘sand’ and vanilla ice cream. Take a big courageous bite of adventure!

Taking over Damansara Uptown’s classroom cafe Ecole P, Ampersand by Culinary Rebels is a cosy space serving up generous portions of food — great for gatherings with friends. Bring a group of four to six to share the hearty Pork Ribs (RM26 for half rack, RM48 for full), marinated in a variety of Eastern and Western flavours and cooked for 12 hours till fork tender, as well as their signature Chicken Wings (RM16 for 4 pieces, RM21 for 6 pieces). Both dishes are available only on weeknights, so plan your visit accordingly! Wash it all down with a bottle of beer, or get a bucket (RM60 to RM120) to share with your buds! The kitchen ups their game on weekends, taking brunches to a whole new level with massive eats like their XXXL Breakfast (from RM38 for two). Served on banana leaves, just like how they do it at mamak restaurants, the dish features a heaped combination of scrambled eggs, sauteed mushrooms, bite-sized hashbrowns, roasted potatoes, bacon, German bratwurst and housemade Lebanese bread. For an even larger meal, go for their Chicken Feast (from RM38 for a half bird), which features lemongrass-brined meat, with housemade Lebanese bread on the side. It requires a 30-minute waiting time, so order some nibbles to fill your tummy first if you're famished. Rest assured though that it's well worth the wait!

We came for their dessert but at the sight of their menu, this came off as something that shouldn't be missed. This entire set can be shared with 3-4 pax for the price of RM58 which costs significantly lesser than a standard big breakfast at cafes nowadays!
Thanks for having us, @am.per.sand ☺️
p.s. dim lighting indoors in case you plan to attempt that Instagram shot!

That's the beauty of Cacao Ribs from Ampersand by Culinary Rebels that is made with cocoa rub served with a side of salad, chocolate balsamic, mash potato and popcorn! This the dish to have as it has that magical balance between salty and sweet with that slight hint of bitter chocolate and the crunchy texture which made it much more enjoyable! Really reminds me of having a chocolate cake drizzled with chocolate sauce and sprinkled with that popcorn! Fantastic rib dish to go back for seconds 😍😘 #afoodiesaffair #burpple #burpplekl #burppletastemaker #instafood #uptown #damansara #ampersand #chocolate #eatnowkl #foodie #foodporn #foodforlife

The coffee was good, only for RM8! Never had a flatwhite that is so reasonably priced, plus it was a big cup too!
