Another of my favourites was their Rose Oolong Tea ($6). If featured a delicate rose aroma that deftly melded into the Oolong’s own fragrance. It bore an uncanny resemblance to mild Bandung, but containing a much crisper rose aroma.

@antea.social is an aesthetic little hidden gem that oozes elegance.

Their 𝗶𝗻𝗳𝘂𝘀𝗲𝗱 𝗼𝗼𝗹𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝘁𝗲𝗮𝘀 ($8) are absolutely exquisite. Especially fruity infusions like lychee, peach or kyoho grape here. They negotiate the perfect stage space between the dainty perfume of fruit and earthy fragrance of tea.

Nothing like the typical overwhelmingly flavoured teas; no unnecessary sweetness and just delicately balanced.

Went over before CB, to support this joint. They let you choose the teacup you want to drink from and a manual hourglass for you to time how long to simmer the tea before pouring out. They’ve got interesting tea names and definitely an insta-worthy Place to be chilling at.

I love how this cake doesn't come off as too heavy even though we all know how thick black sesame paste can be. There is a good balance between the black sesame mousse and cake. This cake goes super well with tea that has floral notes

My crazy huge stash of teas from Antea Social meant that I had literally tried every hot tea they have on the menu. I didn't know if matcha, which is pretty milky and bitter, would actually complement lemonade which is sour and light. The colour blocks did look pretty and surprisingly I was in awe of how the lemonade erased traces of bitterness from the matcha and made it less heavy on the tongue too. Instead, it was rather refreshing on a insanely hot day!

I ordered this drink as it had a good combination of some floral notes as well as some sour elements. Although it was a little pricer, it was totally with worth when I had my first sip. I was confused initially because there were a lot of different spectrum of flavours but after a while I realised it had a predominantly strong floral taste followed by a citrus after taste. Highly recommended!
