Quite an intense souffle pancakes war and we have to say this locally inspired flavour from @Antointte_SG won us over!

Check out our live poll on insta-story of the 3 souffle pancakes in Singapore at the moment, which reveals our favourite of the 3!

Priced at $14++, the Ondeh Ondeh soufflé pancakes is an absolute delight. Live how fluffy and soft the pancake is with great consistency. The gula melaka was also tone down and not too sweet till it become gelat. Coconut adds a fragrance to the overall dish and it is a must try 👍

There are both sweet and savoury options on the menu showcasing these sponge-light and quiveringly wobbly mounds of pancake pleasure, from the serrano ham-starring and Hollandaise sauce-drenched Benedict to the crinkly caramelled Crème Brûlée.

The pandan perfume worn by the River Valley-sweet custard plays it more Aesop than Davidoff Cool Water, while elsewhere the coconut flakes add texturality to the cotton-soft proceedings.
