very pretty cake! the rose part is chocolate mousse. there is some caramel in the middle.

I know all the attention is on the ondeh ondeh toast and souffle pancakes, but I'm quite partial to this, which I'd liken to a bougie version of the popular sandwich from the golden arches.
Unlike its fast food cousin, Antoinette's rendition featured a pork sausage patty that packed loads more flavour, and their use of cheddar cheese truly made a difference as its distinct sharpness cut through the heaviness gracefully.

I have always wanted to try one of those thick jiggly pancakes and I finally tried the Earl Grey Bubble Tea Soufflé Pancake($14) from Antoinette. The pancake is soft, airy and almost like a custard in the middle. The pancake is so light that it melts in your mouth instantly! I like that the Earl Grey creme chantilly and black sugar boba are not too sweet and the Earl Grey taste is quite distinct. Needless to say, the pancake was gone in no time!

Part of the breakfast selection at the new Millenia Walk outlet. The Ondeh Ondeh Kaya Toast was all kinds of decadent — unbelievably crunchy ciabatta toast, fragrant salted butter and most importantly, a smooth custard-like pandan kaya that bursted with flavour.

In addition to the Penhas outlet, you can now visit Antoinette at Millenia Walk, which you can find a trio of crêpes in the menu. Made with wholegrain buckwheat, each crêpe is named as such to pay homage to the ingredients on it. The Nordic ($18, Pictured) has smoked salmon, red onions, capers and a sunny side up on top of the dill cream cheese filled crêpe while the Sierra ($18) is a mixed cheese crêpe that’s topped with Serrano ham, hollandaise sauce and a sunny side up. Last but not least, from the land of the rising sun, the Tokyo ($18) is a representation of the popular street food snack, okonomiyaki, which sees the mixed cheese crêpe paired with roasted chicken, nori, bonito flakes and a boiled egg.
