There's nothing better than a hot bowl of porridge to start your day ☺️ well I had this for lunch so more like to start your afternoon. Wish there was more shredded chicken cuz the amount inside was really tiny, like little shreds (well I guess that's why it's called shredded chicken), but for the price, I would have liked more. The cereal also isnt a very good addition because in the porridge, it just becomes soggy and doesnt add much texture or flavour. Still really nice but I don't find it worth the price.

Now THIS is a calorie bomb that I'd totally eat again and again! It's just oily, savoury, crispy goodness on a plate, combining two of my favourite things EVER aka salted egg and floss!! Visually it didnt look like the salted egg would be prominent, but I was surprised at how well coated the eggplant pieces were in salted egg taste. The pork floss is sweet and melts in the mouth. A+ combo and I sooo want this again!! If only it wasn't so expensive but once in a while amirite

This item in their promotion menu was quite a pleaser, given that the ingredients were quite premium but the price was the same as most other porridge items in the main menu — S$13.90. Well at the very least, the whole claypot contained a lot of fish maw and five pieces of the baby abalone.

A-One Claypot House lined up a good range of porridge items, other than the other carb options of noodles and rice, and I thought their menu was not grossly overpriced. However, perhaps the richness of the nutritious ingredients involved in these Oriental dishes, the dishes tend to be on the saltier side. But since the food is good, I would close one eye on that.

The dish looked a far cry from the picture in the menu. Disappointed by most of the dishes.
The best dish of the meal turned to be Stir-fried Omelette with Shrimp 🦐 and Tomato 🍅番茄虾仁炒蛋 (S$14.90++) which was creamy and buttery, making one wishing for some toast to go with the dish.

Ordered Seafood Noodle 海鲜煲仔面 (S$14.90+) and Handmade Beancurd with Assorted Eggs 三蛋豆腐 (S$14.90+) at @aoneclaypot for takeaway. The whole process was smooth and easy online with payment by credit card. The outlet was located a stone throw away at @northpointsg . Order was ready for collection when I reached on the appointed time. Love that the sauce was packed separately so that the noodle could remain crispy which little JJ love it.
