Very nice fried rice as it has the wok taste and the ingredients go very well together 👍 will be better if the claypot is hot enough to keep the rice warm
lol. Dried scallop porridge with cuttlefish, shredded chicken and crab meat. Claypot dried chili frog meat. Handmade beancurd with chai po is hongkong style sauce.
love their porridge but everything is on a pricier side. Didn’t know the serving is big, think one pot of porridge can share between 2😅 the porridge was flavourful but not too salty and won’t feel too msg.. quite a generous amount of ingredients as well.
Plenty of garlic is nice, and nicer still for not getting in the way of the scallops' sweetness and bounce.
