Absolutely love how spicy this chicken briyani is. Chicken is also quite tender. Kinda pricey at $9.80 though!
The all time favourite fish head curry from Banana Leaf Apollo.
The curry is spicy, goes into your throat, kinda fragrant. Fish is quite tender. Didn't find the curry too fantastic... It was alright.
Yummy chicken briyani, very very spicy!
The briyani rice is fragrant. Comes with free flow Veggies.
$9.90, a little expensive.
You have plenty of choices in Little India at a cheaper price.
I’ve found my new place to dine nice Indian food. Apolo Bistro is on the 2nd floor just next to Banana Leaf Apolo. Apparently it’s a new concept created by Banana Leaf Apolo.
I have to say the whole ambiance and decor is very relaxing, casual and nice.
This chicken red curry is in part of Chef’s Signature. Love the creamy red curry over the tender chicken. 😋 You may wanna order some garlic num to go with too. Yum!!
Me and my friend got 1-for-1 by using their promotion on Burpple. Was very valuable!

Will come back again!
There are 6 wings. Good for group sharing as starters.
Legendary Food Trails with Celebrity Chefs
One of the tours in Singapore Heritage Festival 2017
The tour was led by celebrity Chef Sultanul Ariffin (A celebrity chef on local broadcast channels, Vasantham and Oli 96.8, with 30 years of experience in the culinary world.). There was no sight of Spice Queen Chef Devagi Sanmugam who was named in the description of the tour. While it was written on the description that the tour included savour Little India's famous eateries' offerings, the above dish was the only dish served, accompanied with ginger milk tea.
At S$18 per person, it was one of the most expensive tours in this year's Singapore Heritage Festival.
Felt that it did not deliver as promised.
