I've finally tried this, and both the iced and hot coffee at %Arabica. I like it. Between the two expensive Japanese coffee joints in Singapore, I still prefer Omotesando, as I've a preference for coffee that has roasted and chocolate notes without being too bitter. Nevertheless, lovers of strong coffee should like Arabica for its really strong coffee, mellowed by the smooth milk.

It’s pretty good; smooth and well blended, not too milky or diluted. The queue wasn’t that long for a Sunday noon, waited for 10mins only. However, felt that I could get a good & cheaper alternative elsewhere. The price is a lil steep :)

A widely raved artisanal coffee chain that originated from Kyoto, the place was aesthetically stylish with a zen feel to it. A whiff of the captivating coffee aroma hit my nose as I stepped in. With an option for single origin or a blend, I opted for a blend for my iced latte. It was a great cuppa with each sip as smooth, milky and aromatic.

Short Spanish Latte ($7.80):
A good cup of well blended latte!

This has been everywhere but it was late soooo I got a Iced Matcha Latte (~$9.60) instead of a coffee! 🍵☕️
.
Matcha Latte was flavourful and matcha taste was rich without being too filling and thick, not too sweet which I loved 😋 Latte was really milky and SUPER SMOOTH!! It got milkier and more dilute towards the end though bc they put a lot of ice :-(
.
Overall pretty good and I would like to try their coffees next! But it’s pretty pricey, there’s very very limited seats outside and it’s not the most accessible so probably a treat once in awhile ☺️

Wasn't a believer of the hype, but this cup ($8) was actually pretty good and easily one of the better coffees I've had in Singapore.

Unlike many popular cafes nowadays, the Arabica blend isn't the overly safe balanced kind. I like balanced coffee of course, but sometimes it feels too boring - and lacking that je ne sais quos. Arabica's blend possessed quite a depth of flavour: it had a mix of a deep aromatic nuttiness which was laced with traces of chocolate, and left a lingering hint of fragrant bitterness in the mouth.
-
They did well to balance it out with a good dose of rich milkiness, which alleviated some of the heaviness and made it really easy to drink. It also gave it a tad of balance, but not so much that it gets robbed of its full-bodied and robust personality.
-
$8 feels a tad steep for iced latte, but it may not be that unreasonable for a popular Japanese brand like this. If you luck into a short queue, it could be worth checking out.
