Available almost daily, this magnificently flaky walnut pastry was so crumbly!! Filled with generous smooth lotus paste and packed with a whole salted egg yolk, the combination brilliantly brings out the layers of flavor! The crunchy walnut jeweled neatly on the exterior wall, adding a wonderful nutty accent to it. Not very wallet friendly, each costing a $4 but if u are a fan of it, getting 3s for $10 is a better deal! It may not be available everyday, at least they didn't bake any on last Monday when I drop by to get. So check it out! These make a good afternoon treats or moonies on your mid-autumn!
