The creamy mushrooms with sausages on sourdough is quite meeeeh to me. It’s not bad, but maybe just not my kind of cheese used.

Probably the best waffle I’ve ate so far! Eat it while it’s hot.

Shoestring truffle fries (~$9): one of the better truffle fries I’ve had at this price 🍟 Truffle taste was slightly evident and portion was pretty big!!!

If I had to eat one thing for the rest of my life I would choose Atlas Butterscotch Banana Pancakes (~$18) in a heartbeat 🍌πŸ₯ž Crispy on the outside but fluffy and soft on the inside, this pancake can get dense and filling quick πŸ˜› Honeycomb ice cream and cereal added the different varieties of texture and sweetness to this dessert without it being overly diabetes causing sweet, something that is πŸ’―πŸ’―πŸ‘ŒπŸ»πŸ‘ŒπŸ» imo

The coveted creamy mushroom on sourdough from Atlas Coffeehouse is not to be missed! Delectable white wine cream is paired with sauteed mushrooms, sourdough bread and topped off with finely grated parmesan!

While I was planning to add scrambled eggs as well, I opted for the Italian Sausages instead for an extra 3 bucks that tied the whole dish together. This is definitely the perfect epitome of brunch.

Finally back at Atlas and glad that there wasn’t a long queue ahead of us. I had the summer chicken stew which was a huge chicken thigh that was slow cooked in a sundried tomato, herbed cream sauce. But this was closer to a Chinese type of soup that was thin, smooth and easy on the palate than a usual western type of soup that is thick. It also came with huge chunks of potatoes and carrots to make a filling meal on its own. The sourdough that came with it was also able to soak up the essence of the soup well. However, we found that the dishes here seem to be a tad too salty for our liking, maybe the speed at which dishes have to be churned out played a part in that.
