I had the Joojeh Kabob, which is a skewer of marinated chicken breast served on top of saffron rice, and an add on of Koobideh, a skewer of AAA ground beef kabob. There are two marinate options for the joojeh, traditional (saffron lemon) and Atlas spicy. I chose the traditional one and I could taste just a hint of the lemon for the chicken meat. The beef itself was extremely tender and flavourful, while I would say the overall enjoyment of the dish would not be possible without the burnt tomato, burnt onion and the onion slices 👍🏻👍🏻
