This came with thicker Sapporo style noodles in rich tonkotsu broth. Though i usually prefer thicker noodles over thin ones, the thinner Hakata style noodles has my vote this time round, boasting a springy bite as compared to the thicker ones which got soggy rather quickly. Hence i think it would be great if they could offer customers the flexibility of choosing their own noodle type

The chicken was huge! Tender and juicy, but was a little on the salty side for me. Wasn't much of a fan of the broth too-reminded me of the soup that you get with your wanton meeπŸ˜… Loved the noodles though. They were thin and springy despite the long photo-taking session.

Fresh tomato broth blended with dashi stock, topped with yakibuta and a thick layer of torched mozzarella. Surprisingly, this was neither too tomato-ey nor cheesey, which was a con for me but a pro for some, as this meant that its less likely to get jelat due to the milder nature of flavours. Have to eat this quick to fully enjoy it though, as after the dish gets cold it gets quite mushy and soggy

Passes this place all the time since I live close by. For a good ramen place like this I'm surprised that it doesn't get more customers. Their tonkatsu broth is very rich though a tad bit salty. Noodles are made in house and very springy and just the right thickness. Was pleasantly surprised to discover that they have a one for one deal going on right now. Paid extra 3 bucks to include a drink and a side. Total damage for 2 people is just shy of $20.

With inspiration from French Cuisine, this had to be one of the most impressive rendition of chicken in ramen I’ve tried thus far 😍😍 The star of the dish was definitely the beautiful chicken confit quarter leg that was indeed torched to perfection as promised! the meat was so tender on the inside with just the right amount of char on the outside 🀀🀀 My only gripe would be the noodles, which were instant noodles-ish but definitely a notch better (and I liked that they didn’t overcook them so it still remained really chewy and bouncy!) This came with a decently done onsen egg and some black fungus for the health, and was so light on the palette with the clear chicken and dashi broth 😌😌 Definitely a way underrated place to satisfy some ramen cravings and both service and environment are great as well! Especially with 2 bowls for only $14.30 on Fave, definitely worth a try! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»

This was surprisingly pretty freaking good and the very definition of comfort food after a bad day πŸ₯°πŸ₯° Loved the tomato dashi broth that was so flavourful yet light and tangy, topped off with that beautiful coat of torched mozzarella 🀀🀀 Their yakibuta pork was pretty decent with a nice fat to lean meat ratio (though would have been nice to torch this too). Only gripe would be the ramen noodles that are like just a notch above instant noodles, but at least they didn’t overcook them and it was super QQ and chewy and held up the cheese and tomato sauce/broth so well πŸ˜‹πŸ˜‹ Definitely an underrated place for cheap ramen ($14.30 for 2 bowls on Fave) and service and environment are both nice as well! πŸ‘πŸ»πŸ‘πŸ»
