Atrium Restaurant

Attended my second wedding for this covid period ever since circuit breaker 2020. Was at holiday inn orchard last year. This time round was at holiday inn atrium. I must say for both holiday inn outlets, i was super famished after the wedding reception meal. Plus the food was tasty!! 👍🏻Just that the happiness platter wasnt really happiness because we only got 1-2 slices of each items. For pre covid, we could have more servings of the specific items we wanted 🤣

Our fav duck. Tried new dishes that courtesy of Ms Chan and Ms Wong who arranged it. Sautéed prawns with broccoli. Roast Duck. Stir Fried Egg with Crab Meat. A very amazing Braised Assorter Mushroom dish. We probably would order this next time! So funny right, this meal was on Friday after the 4pm announcement. The restaurant staff says good bye. We would probably see you all in May or later depending on what happens. Was told Duck can be ordered from FoodPanda!

If you love local food, this is it!

My hoomans were honestly quite disappointed in the buffet spread and the drinks choice was limited. However, there were some that are worth the mention.

The hummus was great, loved every single flavour there is. The prata was one of the fluffiest and crispiest out there. The chicken rice was also fragrant and so delicious! The laksa soup was also one that fits my Asian palate.

The roti prata live station for Atrium Restaurant’s prata which is particularly flaky on the outside, and soft on the inside.

Being a modernist foodie whom always curious to explore the trending flavors, I could not resist but to try the snowskin mooncakes first. Durian aside since durians fans like me would ‘yay’ to it, other flavors were also prominent and unique in their own ways. .
