Available hot or cold. This was so good. Rich milkiness so pure. Wobbly and creamy milk with egg white nicely coagulated. Smooth on the stomach and pleasant to the taste buds.

The milk tea was chilled, sweet, and carried the taste of Hong Kong. Astringency was minimal. Sweetness and milkiness were balanced.

I chose the toast with butter and scrambled egg, and the iced Hong Kong style milk tea. I loved their scrambled egg. The rich butteriness was so luscious and creamy. How could they make such good scrambled eggs? The toast was lightly toasted with a crisp surface yet soft and fluffy when bitten into.

Macaroni with Ham in Chicken Soup was the classic item to prove that you had been to Hong Kong. Simple as it was, the taste was quite savoury from the chicken soup. The macaroni was smooth and easy to slurp, while the shredded ham added some plating so it did not look dull. Taste‑wise it was standard. The soup was the one that made the difference. I always believe if the soup is good, the overall taste will be good too, and here it was no exception, though I think it could be a tad salty or taste like MSG soup. It was comfort food that reminded you of home, but to say it was special, I do not think it really was.

Many people told me that I needed to visit this place for breakfast, so here I was, joining the queue. The calling was not in sequence. If a table slot was available, they fit you in, and there was a high chance you would be seated with strangers, since sharing tables is the norm and culture in Hong Kong.
