BEST noodles I’ve had so far in Taiwan omg. Tossed in a generous amount of fragrant pork oil and simply topped with only beansprouts and a few slices of pork, the glistening strands of q noodles were surprisingly not greasy at all but super flavorful and addictive! Locals call this 古早味 or ancient early taste / old style. This is perfect for supper too - we took away packs of these early evening and only had them late at night, but they were still as good, no clumpy noodles and every strand evenly coated with pork oil. Top up another 10TWD (0.50SGD) to get the big bowl. So damn worth it!

Her research on KHH food lead me here to try this delicious lard tossed noodles. Fragrant and springy, this is definitely a bowl that I'll sin on. I had the light wanton soup and kangkong as well. Perfect! 😋😋😋
