From the Burpple community

Came here because I saw they offered one for one main dish. I thought it was a small Thai eatery on its own but nope, itā€™s housed together with a few other stalls at this hipster coffee shop. All payment for food from different stall was done at one centralized cashier.

Sorry my picture doesnā€™t feature what I felt was the better dish but anyway, the sweet and sour fish (back plate) was really well fried, without having the thick starchy batter. It came with peas and carrots. Garlic chicken was rather normal. Still a worth it meal, the mains came larger than I expected!

Tucked away in Goldhill Plaza, visit this unassuming eatery for casual, pocket-friendly Thai meals. Burppler Reg S recommends the Dry Red Curry with Pork ($10.90), featuring tender pork slices drenched in a spicy, thick and fragrant curry. Otherwise, the generously portioned Chicken Cashew Nuts ($9.90) comes recommended by the Burpple comunity as well.

The squid and fish are not included under burpple one for one. We ordered the dry curry pork which is spicy but good! I recommend that. Another dish we ordered was the chicken with cashew which id recommend to.

The basil chicken wasnt so good. Didnt have any taste of basil and also at the same time, the meat kidda smell. The smell of frozen meat that you had taken out to dethaw twice before cooking it the second time. Im sensitive to that!!

Its otherwise cheap! I paid 47 bucks for 4.

Ordered Cashew nuts chicken (~$12), Thai garlic prawns (~$14) and Tom yum soup noodles (~$10). Dishes were average tasting and without using Burpple 1-1 deal, I feel is not so worth it for the price.
For the prawns, garlic sauce was quite fragrant but the prawns felt ā€œseparateā€ from the dish, as though cooked on their own and then added to the sauce.
The tom yum soup was not bad with the soft noodles, flavour was there, but the soup tasted like itā€™s from a packet.

At first the place seems ok, a place where you won't expect good food. However we were proved wrong

The two main dishes had a HUGE PORTION we could not finish, even more with 1-for-1 burpple beyond. Thai Garlic was abit salty but delicious, the Sweet and Sour sauce was decent!

Tom Yam Fried Rice is okay, spicy level was good and some vegetables inside, generally quite nice!

Liked the chicken more than the prawns ā€” both are ideal for sharing as portions are quite generous. Used #BurppleBeyond here, but If youā€™re here for lunch, the $7.90 set lunch is also very pocket-friendly.
