this was a thin crust kinda pizza, ingredients pretty generous. the ham got q salty after a while. the truffle cream base was not bad - i felt like they blended the mushrooms or sth
despite being located within a residential estate, the restaurant was pretty full on a friday night.
this dish was part of their special menu. pasta served in a fresh lemon and butter base, it really looks like mee pok! taste wise, itβs very light but somehow q addictive. prawns were crunchy, i think there were abt 6? topped off with basil caviar
If you like polenta please order it before I think this dish seems pretty rare. I seldom encounter it.Tastewise,I am neutral about it. Polenta here has a dense steam cake like texture. It's a bit heavy so either share with more people or you might get full eating their breads in the begining, followed by this appitizer and then followed by pizza or pasta. No more stomach space for dessert if you do that.
Sorry I can't remember the name but is sorta like a dish with layers of brinjal with cheese and good tomato sauce. The people at the table seem to love it alot. Personally I think it's nice but it's not interesting to me because it tastes exactly like how I have described it. That said, do order and give it a try because brinjal and cheese lovers will like it. Like the people in my group. To others like me , we will wonder why pay so much for slices of brinjal ,cheese and tomato paste.
I highly recommend this stew because it has a nice umami seafood taste. I don't know how they cook it but it's so soothing and comforting. Probably like how a nice Italian grandma would cook it.
This pizza is not too bad , it's well done. Get it if you love cheeses. It sure contains alot of cheese. It's tastes like the good cheese pizza you can get in the good Italian pizza places. I still prefer their summer pizza because it's a more interesting taste.
