The Spring Chicken was served as a whole and it's amazingly tender and well marinated. It goes really well with the toum sauce and tastes best when it's eaten with flatbread.
The Short Ribs, on the other hand, was properly grilled and well marinated too. Definitely impressed with the sauce that goes so well with the ribs, also the cucumbers and pickled radish served can help to reduce the greasy feeling after feasting on the ribs.
