Featured: Tokyo Egg Brûlée SGD 9.90 for a box of 4. Available at @bakers.ville Bugis Street.

These cute eggies does seem a little pricey at first but if you consider that they are made using fresh Kampung Eggs and USA Organic Vanilla Beans, at least we know that we are paying for the quality ingredients.

And if you are wondering why they are called Tokyo Egg Brulee, it's because they are made with a Japanese recipe.

These smaller than the usual egg tarts pack a crunch in every mouthful. They can be very addictive as my parents showed me that they could devour them by the half dozen!
There are several flavours to choose from if you're not a taro lover, fret not.
If you're in the Bugis area, do pop by @bakers.ville
