Our first time having fried Mee Sua as we usually eat them in soup version like fish soup mee sua, etc. But 𝗕𝗮𝗻 𝗟𝗲𝗼𝗻𝗴 𝗪𝗮𝗵 𝗛𝗼𝗲 𝗦𝗲𝗮𝗳𝗼𝗼𝗱 amazingly prepare them in fried version and fried it so well! Mee sua is fried fragrantly till wok hei taste, with generous portion of beansprouts and seafood ingredients such as huge slices of fish, prawns, sotong and fried quail eggs! Tasty seafood taste is fully infused in every strands of mee sua and mee sua is so perfectly textured, not too soggy! We totally wont be able to guess that this is mee sua as it taste like bee hoon but much softer version. After eating this dish, it totally change our impression that mee sua can only be eaten in soup form! This is so freaking good and everyone in our family enjoys it too! ⠀

We can never forget about Ban Leong Wah Hoe when it comes chilli crab and tze char cravings. Their har cheong gai is something we would definitely order when we are there and it is still the best prawn paste chicken I have ever had. Chilli crab is still good but not as good as dining in at the restaurant. Not to forget the longevity noodles for the celebrant which comes with pork slices, fish cake, prawns, squid and quail eggs. The vegs however did not turn out well but it's probably because we dabao and it was left there for a period of time.

With circuit breaker still in place, we have to order takeaway meals for a family birthday celebration. It's a different experience though I still prefer dining out to have piping hot and freshly cooked meals. It's more important to stay home and stay safe.

Feature fried mee sua.

Come with sizzling hot with generous portion of spicy gravy, the shrimp are big in size and I really like the softness of their tofu.

Since we only 3 persons here so we got another meat to mate as of their signature chilli crab. It wasn’t juicy as I expected.

Went for some afternoon stoke at the nearby reservoir park and got our dinner here, this place attract lots of eaters during the weekend dinner time.

Their signature prawn paste chicken is a must on your order list here. Fried to the perfection with strong taste of the prawn paste.
