New in the menu include a Northern Thai Sausage ($10.90) that has a unique spice mix to the meat followed by family favourites such as Minced Pork Omelette ($12.90), Crispy Roasted Pork Roll ($18.90) that has one of the crispest skins that you can find, and a nicely peppered Claypot Vermicelli ($14.90) that contains tiger prawns in it.

Prior to ending the meal, Bangkok Jam has introduced a lineup of Thai-inspired desserts from French toasts to waffles and the trendy souffle pancakes. Fans of the mango sticky rice can look forward to the Mango Sticky Rice Souffle ($16.90) that comes with a sticky rice base topped with souffle pancakes, with sides of coconut ice cream and fresh mango cubes.

We have been visiting this joint (the original Bangkok Jam in Singapore) since it first opened. The food is not terribly authentic but reliable, neither very good nor terrible, and prices are reasonable, especially if you have a deal like Entertainer. A good place to go to if you happen to be in the mall. Definitely not a gastronomic destination when you have a craving for Thai food.

This is where the Bangkok Jam chain started, and the resto has survived the Great World City mega renovation. The food is ok, not as good as the better standalone Thai joints, but still better than other chains like Basil Thai Kitchen at Paragon (the worst!) or ThaiExpress. Tháis like their good a bit sweet, but the Fish Head Tom Yum Curry is definitely off the mark - diabetics might collapse eating too much of the sauce!
