Missing some of these Lemongrass Prawn Cakes that were presented in such a cute way!
Love the springiness of the prawn cake with the fried crisp exterior, it was just a perfect starter 😛 #bangkokjam #bangkokjamsg #greatworldcity

Bangkok Jam’s Mix Grill Platter (Yang Ruan Mit) is an all-in-one dish recommended for sharing 😛 It includes chicken, grilled pork skewers, prawns, sous-vide beef & a signature salad 🥗 The meats and seafood on this plate were pretty average but if you’re really craving for some thai street food, you could give this a go.

Though it looks like a really regular noodle dish at first sight, I was pleasantly surprised by the flavours of the egg noodles that were stir fried with crab meat and bacon 🥓 It reminded me of wanton mee but had a unique twist to it. Also known as Ba Mee Poo, this one dish wonder is going for $11.90 at Great World City’s Bangkok Jam.

Crazy enough to order this at a cafe/ eatery, but we did. Too much for 3 pax to finish, but the fish was cooked just right and tender even when it's deep fried. There is a tat too much batter (it felt like a Thai style fish & chips) but everyone was satisfied.

This is packed with so much salted-fish (鹹魚) umami, I almost thought I am in Thailand! The price at this chain is not cheap but in return they reciprocate with close-enough authenticity to thai flavours and details. Their mango salad is also good!

Finally someone does it right. Many called theirs pineapple fried rice as long as the rice is yellow, and served in a hollow-out pineapple. Bangkok Jam's version is served in an individual serving piping hot stoneware with the rice well stir-fried with fresh shrimps.
