Came across this thai food stall while walking around Chinatown Complex food centre looking for lunch.
The basil pork rice here is good, a simple dish but yet full of flavour. It comes with a side of tom yum soup too.
Craving for some fried egg with rice? Well look for this stall at Chinatown Market that sell only $4.
Set comes with the garlic chicken rice plate with a Tom Yam soup at the side. The Garlic Chicken was actually fine for the first few mouthfuls but the lack of fried garlic in their rendition coupled with the use of heavy sauces made it feel rather repetitive and overwhelming after a while. If anything, the Tom Yam Soup here was really refreshing; the right levels of sourish-spiciness runs throughout the whole bowl that came with a generous amount of ingredients like tomatoes etc.
