The bao itself is so soft and that red bean!!! The sweetness level is just right, and the filling is very generous. Possibly the best red bean bao I’ve tried.

I can’t say the same for the salted egg custard bao tho, but the salted egg custard doesn’t taste salted egg and it’s slightly more expensive.

Would go for the red bean anytime.
