Bar on 5 seemed to be popular among the youth and the working class. And I can see why, situated at mandarin orchard, this lounge space have that feel good vibe, with good lounge music and plush seats to boost. The service staff were attentive enough, and quick to bring out orders, which is a plus (especially when you want some serious drinking after a long day). And while everything they had to offer are generic, why I love, is their bar snack of ikan bilis and peanuts. I swear (and I am not sure if it's because I got happier after a few rounds), but they seriously tasted delicious. And certainly making me crave for some Nasi Lemak after. Good enough, salty and sweet in that ikan bilis and peanuts combo makes me a happy girl.

TGIF. Wanted to come here for the $4.99 daily special, but apparently they don't have it for fri & sat night. A bit pricey at $18 but it has a good blend of tequila, midori melon and lime :)
