Nowhere as sweet as you’d imagine! Classic pairing, so simple yet so fine. Love the icy refreshing raspberry layer within the ice cream, encased with nice thick layer of white chocolate. The freeze dried raspberries and fresh raspberries added some fun textures to the popsicle!

The individually carved lamb chops are juicy, rosy and so rich and tender with a crusty exterior made with garlic, herbs, and lemon zest. Very mild in gaminess, friendly for non adventurous lamb eaters

This portion has been halved and individually portioned for us. Didn’t think the blini added any value to the dish. Love the foie, though it could have had a greater sear for that crispiness on the edges. The lovely seasonal French figs really sealed the deal for me here

Really rich and satisfying pumpkin potage, very dense, almost had a mash like texture. Far from the typically sweet type of pumpkin soup, this rendition is refreshingly unique, playful, flavorful and surprising with every mouthful. Love the myriad of textures and flavors at play. Especially the earthy sautéed porcini and the crispy chestnut. Pleasantly surprised at how a humble pumpkin soup can be elevated to this degree.

This is one of the best luncheon I ever had in the CBD, especially the raviloes was made to perfection. And the intense flavour of the chocolate pot was to die for! We were super stuffed with satisfaction.

Chose the lamb rump for my main course and even though the meat looks raw due to its pinkish colour, it didn't taste anything like that when eaten. The meat was tender and easy to eat as it is boneless. The dish is complete with a bed of mashed potato, roasted cauliflower, long beans, sweet potato and garlic pieces. The garlic can be a bit salty and pungent when eaten alone, it's best to eat it with the meat. Set lunch menu changes occasionally so you may not see the same item on the menu the next time you are here.
