Drive your Monday blues away with this unbearably cute shaved ice! Shaped in the form of a bear, served with 2 pieces of Marie biscuits as its ears, a scoop of vanilla ice cream as part of its face and chocolate beans as its eyes and nose, it was hard to resist the cuteness but also made it painful to start digging in. Sorry for the hole in your head though! I wished there was more Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk syrup, as it wasn’t sufficient to flavour the entire bowl of shaved ice. The home made syrup had an incredible smoothness with a sugar level that was acceptable, somewhere between condensed and evaporated milk. Served also with mixed fruits such as orange, white peach, mango and strawberry.

Tasted surprisingly delightful as it was a good swirl of coffee and milk, imagine affogato but soft! Pricing was reasonable 1 for $6 and 2 for $10. Wish they will have flavour rotations because it’s a 10/10 milk base!

Amazing tOAST!! The egg yolks gently oozed over the toast and complimented the hollandaise sauce perfectly!! The lighting there was on point and I hardly needed to edit my shots to make it brighter. We arrived at around 11am and there were only two other customers besides us, the perfect setting for photo taking addicts like my bestie & I!! Truly impressive toast which made me fall in love w brunch hehh

Of cos, we wouldn’t not order their yummy French Toast. With just butter and maple syrup, it was already satisfying from the thick fluffy toast with a thin brûlée crust.
Again, we got to chill by their flora wall, basking under the sunlight in the comfort of the cafe.

Generous milky, cream filling that was both light and velvety. The ratio of cream filling to pastry was good with the pastry not being overtly thick. Crumble at the top was a tad sweeter than usual but nice when eaten together with the filling. Great with coffee and for sharing.

Coffee was creamy and velvety from the use of the Hokkaido milk, but still nicely balanced with bitterness of the beans. Recommended for those who enjoy milk in their coffee.
