Take a bite of @Baristartcoffee_sg much acclaimed Cream Puff ($4.50). The huge choux puff is generously filled with velvety smooth custard, made with Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk. Topped with delectable crisps and sugary bits, it’s just lip-smacking good.

Generously loaded with chilled velvety cream, Baristart’s Cream Puff ($4.50) was such a satisfying treat despite its humble exterior. A sizable snack, the pastry shell was surprisingly thin and the filling made with Hokkaido BIEI Jersey Milk custard was equally well-executed with an oh-so-light quality to it. Thankfully it wasn’t too milky or rich; a perfect match to the sugar-dusted and slightly crisp puff.

The cream puff has a crispy exterior and come in the size of a gigantic ball with the luscious custard cream that is being whipped with BIEI Jersey Milk that filled to the brim. It overflows the moment you sinks your teeth into it. Despite being so rich and creamy, it's doesnt feel jelak but light. It's definitely oh-so-addictive to indulge. #burrple

Heavy bodied with nutty finish flat white~
Decent but find it a little too pricey...

There are quite a number of seats available, can cater for groups but a little noisy though...

Quite instagrammable if not of the crowd...

Milky puffs that feel like clouds, this was sinfully addictive and oh-so-light👌🏻

Beautifully designed, this chestnut and Mont-Blanc parfait was way better than the Shiro Kuma in terms of taste, though both were instagrammable in their own ways.

Made by stacking several layers, there’s cookies and a bitter-sweet Houji Tea pudding at the bottom, followed by whipping cream (you can’t deny that it’s a good but sinful dessert). Topped with a scoop of vanilla ice cream that has chestnut cream piped on the outside; essence of the parfait as you sink into a rich chestnut flavour from the cream made of sweetened puréed chestnut, tiny chunks of chestnut and finally a piece of Feuillantine, flaky buttery crispy. Not to be missed by chestnut lovers.
