Arroz Negro

Black squid ink rice, red and green peppers, squid, spanish bomba rice!

Always loved the smell of squid ink! Rice is well-cooked! Plump and every grain is savoury.

Overall, the paella was a tad too salty and oily for me. But @kennethgohzj thinks its great!

Seafood paella. Very very good bomba rice, not overly soggy, slight crispy and absorbed the stock well. Slightly overlooked seafood, but the rice itself was awesome.
