Indulge in a seasonal special, the Mont D'or which is a seasonal vacherin cheese that is baked until it turns molten. The cheese was rich and soft and served with slices of bread to dip into. 🧀

A hearty Sunday brunch for beef gourmands, where you can indulge in Hanger Wagyu Beef, Black Angus Ribeye, and Beef Wellington, with Baby Romaine Lettuce. This Michelin Bib Gourmand awarded Bar-Roque Grill is a place that encourages you to get together and have fun over great food, cooked to Chef Stephane's exacting standards.
You'll also see they have their own glass cases to dry age their own beef to the precise specifications they need.

Beef duo - dry aged ribeye and braised beef cheek with mashed potato.

Skin wasn't very crispy esp since it was drizzled with the chicken jus. The chicken was also lightly seasoned but all was well because of the incredible chicken jus. Chicken bones are low cooked over 2 days with roasted garlic before being reduced, resulting in a superbly umami jus that makes any chicken palatable. The gratin was also q lovely, being rather creamy and well seasoned on top but it could get heavy. While the salad is slightly bitter, the celery leaves were a nice touch

They even ask u if u want another serving once you're done with the first lol. Very crunchy crust!
