COMES WITH THE BEHEMOTH AND LOVED THE MAC AND CHEESE! YUM 🧀
SOLID STUFF HERE! EVERYTHING CUTS LIKE BUTTER AND TASTES SO HELLA FINEEEEEE
Prepare for an epic meal at this popular spot in Tropicana Avenue. Expect top-notch Australian-sourced proteins from brisket to lamb and more. If you're dining solo, opt for the Texas Star (RM26) that features 100g of tender beef brisket with sides like chunky mashed potatoes, coleslaw, pickles and a drink. Dunk your meat into housemade sauces like the Keramat Spicy BBQ Sauce. If you're coming in a big group, do like Burppler Jason Wong and go big with the mighty Behemoth 4.0 (from RM200), a platter filled with a variety of meats including 200g of brisket, lamb, burnt ends, chicken and more – he assures it's worth the meat sweats!

True to its name, the Behemoth is a hulking beast, a heaving platter straining under the weight of a mountain of delicious meat sweats. 200g each of beef brisket, pulled lamb, burnt ends, beef ribs, and a quarter of a chicken. Everything on the plate was decent barbie, save for the burnt ends, which was conspicuously missing any char at all and was more akin to "char siew". If you do happen to see the daily special of housemade sausage on the menu, order it and thank me later.
Then we come to the sides - some very well seasoned and moreish mashed brotatoes, cassava chips, thicc brown gravy, refreshing coleslaw, buns, and rather average corn bread. Thankfully, The Behemoth also comes with bottomless servings of icy cool lemonade to wash down all the meat and carbs with.

Their affordably priced barbecued briskets put these meat maestros on the grid this year and we can see why. At this rustic kitchen, you can get a meal of Beef Brisket with four sides (potato bun, baked beans, mash and coleslaw) and a bottle of locally produced Pop Soda for just RM26. Making beef brisket is a tall order in itself, so we are suitably impressed by how these guys have perfected the fall-off-the-bone tenderness and punchy flavours all the way through the pulled meat. The Beef Short Ribs (from RM24 per 100g for grass-fed; RM30 for grain-fed) is a handsome hunk of meat sporting a dark-to-pink gradient that tells of its excellent cook — go for the grain-fed for a juicier bite. The ribs also usually comes in larger cuts of 300g or more, which means a single portion (approx. RM90) is fit for sharing with a friend. They've got meats to meet every need, whether it's the gargantuan Triple Threat Platter (RM125) with three meats and four sides or the quick Brimmie Sandwich (RM15), which is essentially a brisket-stuffed croissant.
Avg Price: RM30 per person
