Beard Papa's (Changi Airport T3)

Not exactly sure what good cream puff should taste like but bread papa’s version was good enough for me- an amateur cream puff taster. Not too sweet cream that had a similar dense consistency of clotted cream; inside crisp puff pastry. Something I’d get again! Till I taste even better cream puffs.

I passed by beard papa at Changi airport T3 and saw that they had a Thai milk tea puff. Staff said they have a limited time flavor every month. To be honest, I wasn’t expecting strong flavors, cos their durian one was quite mild. But one bite made me raise my eyebrows and go, “Wow!” The milk tea taste was rich and it was so creamy! Much better than the Swiss roll I had from another place recently. It was a little sweeter too, but bcos it was cold, it didn’t hit me till after I gobbled the whole puff.
