[✨Modern Steakhouse✨] Located at Duxton Hill, Beast Bar & Restaurant is helmed by the same team behind WKDCUTS. We had the binchotan-grilled pigeon which is not common to find in Singapore. The dish is served with Japanese leek, hummus and corn. Found this too gamey for my liking, but if you’re someone who fancies gamey meats then this one is for you!
Freshly shucked, these plump oysters are served with ponzo, kimchi and avruga caviar 🦪
Also tried this beautifully plated tuna tataki with foie gras terrine, aji amarillo and hazelnut. The smoky foie gras combined with the flavourful sauce was 👌✨
We also tried the grilled bone marrow which came with charred sourdough 🍞
Sitted on a bed of cauliflower purée, this is served with crunchy binchotan grilled cauliflower and crispy kale chips ✨
Topped with pear aioli, yuzu, kosho and peas, the cod fish fritters received many compliments from the table too! 👍
