This place is forever packed even on a weekday dinner so it’s better to call in to check/make a reservation before heading over. Took the herbal drunken chicken broth and I love it so much. It taste so much like the foiled wrapped herbal chicken broth with lots of herbs in there. One of the better places for premium hotpot with quality food and service while keeping their prices reasonable.

Two of their must-try item is their signature homemade fish tofu that simply melts in your mouth and fried beancurd skin which we were advised to dip it into the broth for only 3 seconds to retain it’s crispy texture.

My all time favourite spot for collagen soup for premium hotpot! Queue is not insanely long like HDL at peak hours and ingredients are all fresh and reasonably priced. The star of the show will always be their collagen soup, which I can drink like 5 bowls on its own lol. Its so rich and hearty, making you feel like all of your organs are nourished. Other than the wide range of dipping condiments and sauces available, the side dishes were of good quality and variety of fresh fruits were provided too. Last but not least, the complimentary dessert ,the yuzu ice blended drink, always steal our heart. Being so light and tangy it makes you feel refreshed after a heavy meal.

Tried the mala soup as well as the standard collagen soup. Not bad but nothing special enough to warrant the 1hr queue!

In terms of ingredients, thought the meat dumpling was the best. The fish tofu was ok only, quite pricey!

This popular hot pot joint means business when it comes to all things steamy and comforting. After the extinction of their famed shark collagen broth last November, they implemented a new Beauty Collagen Broth ($20) that is still delicious but slightly more savoury, comprising of compoy, pork trotter, chicken feet, chicken and pork bones. Burppler Veronica Phua also recommends ordering the baby spinach with this. Their Spicy Nourishing Broth ($20) pairs well with their marinated meats and fried beancurd rolls that Burppler Kar Yan Yeong reccomends sticking into the broth for a maximum of three seconds to avoid sogginess!

As NOC shared, S'poreans simply love our hotpot. Finally got to try BITP which has been much raved. We got the Collagen soup broth and Mala soup broth (which really gave me the kick, its deffo spicy). For me that love steamboats for the soups, i really enjoyed the collagen soup.

Its on the pricier end (about $50 a person) but in this place with pink classy booths and good customer service where they'll tell you how long to cook it for.

The must orders for me: dumplings!! bean curd skin, homemade prawn paste. This place is also part of the paradise group, hence very worth it to get their memberships. Support local!!

To note that they charge you $3.80 if you either mix the sauce or try their fruits! Towels are complimentary

Before I talk about the food, let me rave about the decor of this outlet! This outlet was so pink and pretty, and apparently it was inspired by cherry blossoms! I really enjoy eating at well-decorated restaurants, because it really contributes to the entire dining experience! 🌸

Moving on to the food, we ordered their signature collagen and mala soup base! The collagen broth was really silky and nourishing. We also enjoyed their Ebiko Prawn Paste, Fried Beancurd Skin and Pork and Chives Dumpling! All were amazing 😋 We ordered Red Garoupa as well, which was really fresh and tender! We ended the meal with a refreshing yuzu smoothie! Really good meal 😊
