The fried kway teow at the hawker center boasts a distinctive sweet black sauce flavor.
The noodles are consistently cooked to perfection, making it a delicious and satisfying dish.
Overall, this is a drier type yet addictive version.
Highly recommended!

Ordered this from a new stall at Beauty World Food Centre, called 大éŠŦį˛ŋæĄæą¤. We had the mee tai mak as they were sold out of kway teow. Thought it was promising since they only sell this one dish, but it was unfortunately very disappointing ☚ī¸ Broth was bland, the meats were pretty tough, and the fishballs and meatball were average too. Still on our search for good kway teow soups here!

Pure bliss! Chomping a plate of fried kway teow on a weekday afternoon. This plate has good wok hei and heaps of charred bits but my favourite fried lard crisps is missing though. 😅

The 𝗗𝘂đ—ēđ—Ŋ𝗹đ—ļđ—ģ𝗴 đ—Ļđ—ŧ𝘂đ—Ŋ ($5.30, 4 pcs) was exceptional as well. Each dumpling, wrapped with a delicately thin skin, was almost bursting with ingredients. Each dumpling contained black fungus, minced pork and prawns. I swore I counted two prawns inside, so the dumplings were superb value for money. The soup, too, was brimming with sweetness and I couldn't stop lapping it up.

Definitely must visit!

Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle Rice is one of the most popular stalls at Beauty World Food Centre. Do not be fooled if you don't see a queue in front of the stall. Customers are verbally given a queue number and will collect their food when their number is called. If you somehow forget your queue number... Haha.

While the springy noodles in the đ—Ļđ—ŧ𝘆𝗮 đ—Ļ𝗮𝘂𝗰𝗲 𝗖đ—ĩđ—ļ𝗰𝗸𝗲đ—ģ 𝗡đ—ŧđ—ŧ𝗱𝗹𝗲𝘀 ($4.50) were delightfully springy, the undisputed stars were the pieces of chicken which sported a glistening sheen. Magnificently marinated and emitting the fragrance of rose wine and soya sauce, they were stunningly succulent and fantastically flavourful.
