The ๐——๐˜‚๐—บ๐—ฝ๐—น๐—ถ๐—ป๐—ด ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜‚๐—ฝ ($5.30, 4 pcs) was exceptional as well. Each dumpling, wrapped with a delicately thin skin, was almost bursting with ingredients. Each dumpling contained black fungus, minced pork and prawns. I swore I counted two prawns inside, so the dumplings were superb value for money. The soup, too, was brimming with sweetness and I couldn't stop lapping it up.

Definitely must visit!

Hong Kong Soya Sauce Chicken Noodle Rice is one of the most popular stalls at Beauty World Food Centre. Do not be fooled if you don't see a queue in front of the stall. Customers are verbally given a queue number and will collect their food when their number is called. If you somehow forget your queue number... Haha.

While the springy noodles in the ๐—ฆ๐—ผ๐˜†๐—ฎ ๐—ฆ๐—ฎ๐˜‚๐—ฐ๐—ฒ ๐—–๐—ต๐—ถ๐—ฐ๐—ธ๐—ฒ๐—ป ๐—ก๐—ผ๐—ผ๐—ฑ๐—น๐—ฒ๐˜€ ($4.50) were delightfully springy, the undisputed stars were the pieces of chicken which sported a glistening sheen. Magnificently marinated and emitting the fragrance of rose wine and soya sauce, they were stunningly succulent and fantastically flavourful.

Waiting time around 20 mins, because cook one by one.
The char kway teow have wok hei, more towards to sweet side (I asked for more spicy and less sweet), portion quite small.

The chendol stall is definitely one of the highlights at Beauty World Food Centre and you will almost certainly find a queue at this stall. The stall sells chendol with a generous serving of pandan-flavoured jelly, topped with a decent amount of gula melaka syrup, which makes for a sweet ending to your meal at the hawker centre. We paid an additional $1.50 for the scoop of D24 durian, which was a legit scoop of durian puree that you should definitely consider if you love durian. We will definitely go for this stall when we have a meal at this hawker centre. ๐Ÿ˜‹

Spotted a new store that opened at Beauty World Food Centre & decided to give it a try! Serving up only wonton mee, we ordered their Signature version which comes with both fried & boiled wontons, with a side of braised mushrooms & minced meat (kinda like ๅค่‚‰) as well as thinly sliced char siew.

It does give a nostalgic kinda vibe with those thinly sliced char siew, but flavour wise, it was slightly sweet but well-balanced nonetheless.

For the wonton fillings, it was packed with minced pork & slightly peppery, but tastes great when paired with everything together.

Zheng Xing dessertsโ€™ tau suan has got to be one of my all-time favourite tau suans around and it is definitely a must-get when you are at Beauty World Food Centre! Affordably priced at $1.80, the texture and consistency of mung beans are just right; firm and not overly starchy. If you noticed, the tau suan here is of a darker brown color than many others, and that probably explains why I found their tau suan more caramelic than usual. Delightfully, the youtiao (fried dough fritters) retained their crispiness even after a long time.
