Available only till 30 September, diners can savour the robust flavour and tenderness of vintage Australian 100% grass-fed meat in three exceptional dishes.
The meat is succulent, tender and superb marbling.

Feature 2 out of 3 dishes:
💕Roasted Bone Marrow.
Bone marrow served with a lobster sabayon
comprising delectable morsels of US Maine lobster tail; torched before serving for added smokiness, and have it with toasted sourdough bread.

💕30 Days Aged Vintage OP Rib
hearty cut dry-aged for 30 days, so the meat more flavours. The OP rib is then grilled over apple-wood fire, and accompanied with warm Yukon potato salad in sour cream smoked with applewood chips, as well as
sautéed green peas topped with a fried egg and shaved Jamón ham.
💰$180++.

A few superior things at Bedrock: the freshly-baked, hot mini pita bread served with roasted garlic; the sinful but delicious bone marrow; and the very friendly and efficient service staff. Good variety of steak cuts. The problem is they are not as flavourful or as professionally cooked as at premier steakhouses, like Cut, Wolfgang, Morton, or Bistecca. The only reason I go here is because of the various Entertainer discounts.

(World Meat Series 2021 - Edition II: Devesa Argentina Beef)

The steak was cooked to medium-rare (as requested), retaining a good amount of juice while nicely seared on the outside. The thyme butter on top added an additional layer of flavour which complemented the steak well. However, the unexpected star of the show was the fries, which were wonderfully seasoned and perfectly crisp. Nothing particularly fancy about them, just simple fries that were done very well.
