For dessert, it is none other than bak kwa ice cream. Was skeptical at first. But was in surprise. The ice cream is so smooth and can feel the bits of bak kwa in the ice cream but not savory at all. Very innovative food.

When we saw this, the size of the burger is way too cute. The platter has mini buns, caramelised onions, quail egg, sambal mayo, pork/chicken coin bak kwa slices, cherry tomatoes and lettuce. The mini burger was well buttered and definitely a great concept where we can 'build our own' burger.

This is the classic pasta replacing the usual bacon pieces with bak kwa.

The fusion of the cheese and the bak kwa wrapped with bread crumbs that makes up the golden crust is just sooo umami with the explosion of sweet and savory flavours with homemade mayonnaise.
